Ordering one or several products
Ordering at Whole Meat is as easy as it gets! In the unlikely event of having problems with ordering, please contact us anytime.
Adding products to your shopping cart
If you have found your desired product, simply click the Add to Cart button near the product picture. If you would like to order more than one, you can select the quantity next to the Add to Cart button. Some products are available in different variations (package size, weight). Those can be selected on the product page as well.
After adding a product to your cart, you can directly proceed to checkout and place your order or continue shopping.
If you are done shopping, you can proceed to checkout and place your order. Therefore simply click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. You will be redirected to your cart, where you can view your selected products and enter special instructions, for example, your desired delivery date and time. Then click the Check Out button to proceed.
You will then be able to enter your customer information and select your desired shipping and payment method. If you are done, just click on Complete order to complete checkout. You will then receive an order confirmation via email.
I have a discount code. How do I use it?
If you have a discount coupon code, you are lucky :)
Simply enter the code via copy and paste on the right side during checkout. The code will be applied directly and your total will be adjusted.
Why should I create an account at Whole Meat?
Of course, you can order as a guest. But creating an account makes purchasing even more simple. You can view past orders and set a default address for shipping and billing.
Do you run a store?
No. We are an online business and do not have a physical store. Also, picking up your order from our office is not possible.
I own a business. Can you supply me?
Definitely yes. If you own a food business (f. e. a restaurant or hotel) and want to purchase larger amounts of our products on a regular base, please contact us for our wholesale service. Please provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your company's name
- Email address or telephone number
- Desired products and quantity
We will then get in touch with you. Please note, that there is a minimum order quantity which we will inform you about.
I want to delete my account.
We are sorry seeing you leave. If you really want to delete your account, please contact us.
