Baby Back Ribs - marmalade sauce recipe

Best for our Pork Spare Ribs


You need
-    1 piece of our spare ribs
-    marmalade (orange) 4 tbsp
-    ketchup 4 tbsp
-    soy sauce 4 tbsp
-    grated garlic 1 tsp

 

(First of all, thaw it properly)
1) Score the meat along the bones, wash it well with water and wipe off the water with some kitchen paper
2) Put the meat into boiling water for about 20 min
3) Mix the marmalade, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic to a thick sauce
4) Put the meat and sauce into a zip-lock bag and knead it well
5) Let the bag rest in the refrigerator for some hours (it will get even tastier when letting it rest for 1 or 2 days)
6) Preheat your oven to 250 °C, and grill the meat until the surface gets slightly burned
