カンガルー ランプ(540G) を使用


作り方

お肉は解凍してから常温に戻す
②塩胡椒・スパイスをたっぷりとまんべんなくすり込む。
③オーブンを230度に余熱する
④フライパンにオイルを熱し、お肉の表面を高温で色を付ける程度に焼きます
⑤オーブンに入れ約10分焼きます
 ※お肉の焼く時間は、ステーキの厚みや温度により変わります。

⑥オーブンから出したらアルミホイルで包み、約10分休ませます

POINT

カンガルー肉は火を通しすぎると硬くなるので、レアかミディアムレアが最適です。
スパイスはたっぷりと使用することをお勧めします。

① After thawing, bring the meat back to room temperature and season it with salt and pepper

Best for our Pork Spare Ribs

You need
-    1 piece of our spare ribs
-    cola 500 ml (use diet cola for a low-calorie variation)
-    soy sauce 3 tbsp
-    salt and pepper
-    oil

 

(First of all, thaw it properly)

1) Score the meat along the bones, wash it well with water and wipe off the water with some kitchen paper. Cut it into pieces and season it with salt and pepper.
2) Put some oil into the frying pan and grill both sides of the meat on middle flame
3) Put the cola and soy sauce into the frying pan (don’t let it boil) for 20 min. Skim the foam from the surface.

4) Turn the meat over and stew it for 10 to 15 min until the sauce gets thick.
